Well Beings is a family therapy practice in Louisville, KY, owned by me, Sandra Miller, LCSW, LMFT.  Well Beings recognizes the profound connection between optimum physical, mental and relational health, and collaborates with clients, family, community, and provider systems as partners in the healthcare process.  Many of the most prevalent adult health problems have their roots in childhood, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease related to childhood obesity, smoking and a sedentary lifestyle. Long-standing habits and negative coping methods can be difficult to change, even when your health and relationships with loved-ones are at risk. Well Beings is comitted to working with individuals of all ages, families and groups,to foster positive changes in lifestyle, increase relationship satisfaction, find and utilize sources of social support, help clients identify problems, establish goals and generate solutions that work for them, and to promote overall health and wellness.

 Please note: My practice specializes in working with children and adults with chronic health problems, but it is NOT limited to this population.  My practice is open to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves, their relationships, their work, or any other part of their life.  If you want to feel more motivated, more positive, less stressed or less anxious, and better able to manage life changes, then I can help.
